Ceremony Process
OUR CEREMONY PLANNING PROCESS
- Secure Your Date
Reach out to confirm the availability of your preferred wedding date. Once confirmed, we’ll send a contract to reserve your day. A 50% deposit is due upon signing to secure your booking.
- Ceremony Planning Meeting
We’ll schedule a personalized Zoom meeting to learn more about your love story and the vision you have for your ceremony. This is a meaningful conversation where we discuss your values, preferences, and any special elements you'd like to include.
- Custom Ceremony Draft & Revisions
Jenn will craft a heartfelt, customized ceremony script based on our planning session. You’ll receive a draft via email and have unlimited opportunities to make edits until it perfectly reflects your wishes. Additional Zoom meetings can be scheduled upon request.
- Your Wedding Day
Jenn will arrive early to coordinate with your vendors, check the ceremony space, and ensure everything is ready. Full payment is due on or before the day of your wedding. Jenn will lead your ceremony with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
SAMPLE CEREMONY
- The Invocation – A warm welcome to your guests.
- Declaration of Intent – This is the “I do” portion and is legally required.
- Ring Exchange (optional) – A meaningful way to exchange your vows.
- The Pronouncement – Another legal requirement and the exciting part where I pronounce you married!
Please Note: This is a basic outline for a ceremony, your wedding can be customized to suit your preferences. It’s your special day! To ensure the ceremony is legally binding, we only need to include the Declaration of Intent and the Pronouncement.
